I'm still here and have some news...

My husband plopped down the Independent newspaper on our kitchen
counter last Wednesday and said "hey Yas , take a look at this! To
my surprise there was my cd cover along with others that were
nominated for Indy awards in the Triangle area.

I am very greatful to be acknowledged and nominated for Best Solo Lp
and Best Solo Artist. Today is the last day to get a copy of the
paper. The website is www.indyweek.com.

There is a special display of local artists nominated at Borders in
Chapel Hill and if you don't have my cd , that would be a great place
to purchase one.

My next local show will be at the Pour House in Raleigh on February
23rd. Grab some dinner in Raleigh and then join us. Celeste Krenz
and Bob Sinclair will be sharing the evening with me and they are both
great performers and songwriters. If you haven't been to the pour
house it's a really great venue to check out.
